Delivery and payment

Payment by credit cards is carried out in the following way:

• The goods will be delivered after receiving the payment.

Cash payment is possible upon pickup and courier delivery in Kyiv. Please try to prepare the amount without the rest.

You can pay for your order by phone upon pickup of the goods.

Payment by bank transfer is made in the following way:

• When placing an order, select "Bank transfer" and in the comments to the order, write about the need to receive an invoice.

• You will receive all the necessary documents by email, specified when placing the order.

• Shipment or delivery will be made after payment for the order.

Delivery time:

1-3 days or on the desired date.

• You can find out the delivery cost yourself on the Nova Poshta website or our manager will announce it at the order confirmation stage. When ordering from 20,000 UAH. - Delivery is free.

• Delivery by Nova Poshta courier is calculated separately according to Nova Poshta rates.

• Delivery of large corporate orders in Ukraine is agreed upon individually and is carried out at the recipient's expense.

• Dispatch: from Monday to Friday on the day agreed with you. Delivery times to your city depend on the route of Nova Poshta vehicles (you can see the times on the carrier's website).

• We are not responsible for changes in delivery times by the carrier. Therefore, choose the desired date of receipt with a reserve of at least one day (especially if these are holidays).

• Payment for delivery: the amount for delivery is not included in the amount of your order and is paid separately.

The cost of delivery is at the carrier's rates. For orders from 20,000 UAH. - Free delivery.

• Delivery time: Courier delivery is carried out the next day after placing the order or on another day of your choice, from 9:00 to 18:00.

• Courier delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday.

• During peak periods, delivery may take several days.

• Delivery is carried out within Kyiv to the specified address.

• Delivery every day, urgent delivery and delivery at an exact time are carried out by prior arrangement. subject to agreement with the manager.
